We want you to LOVE your purchase! Should you need to return or exchange, please put your item(s) back in the mail within 10 days to receive the full credit on your credit card. Tags must be attached and the item unworn to receive any credit. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. All jewelry, handbags, sunglasses and lingerie are final sale. All sale items are also final sale. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location.
As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping Policy
We offer a $10 Flat Rate shipping option and ship via UPS and USPS. Or a FREE pick up in store option for local customers.

Inspired by the historic cast-iron balconies found in New Orleans’ French Quarter, the STL II’s rounded oversized silhouette complements every face shape while its distinct brow upgrades y’alls everyday uniform. Easy wear is a given with sturdy-yet-comfortable supports at the nose and temples.

FREE REPLACEMENTS WARRANTY
Our warranty promise is twofold: The Second Chances program has your back. Should breakage or damage occur to your full-price frames, we provide a new, complimentary replacement.
The Lifetime Warranty program kicks in when anything happens to your replacement frames. You're eligible to receive a new pair for a standard fee, for life.
