In Store Return Policy
Online Return Policy
All returned items must be unworn with price tags attached. Clothing must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box in new, unworn condition, and the box must be in good condition. Jewelry, handbags, lingerie, accessories, special orders, trunk show items, and DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. All Monkee's boutiques are independently owned and operated, therefore, we can only accept returns on items purchased from Monkee's of Germantown.
In order to be eligible for a refund, a return must be postmarked within FIVE (5) days of DELIVERY of the order. The five day window begins on the day the package is delivered. Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction within twenty-four hours of receipt of a return.
For all returns postmarked between 5-10 days of DELIVERY, an exchange may be made for an item currently in stock at Monkee's of Germantown. If an exchange is not requested, a store credit will be issued. Store credit does not expire, and may be used at any time on in-store or online purchases.
Please allow up to FOUR (4) business days for payment to process and the balance of the refund to reflect in your account once a refund has been issued.

Please access our online return portal to request a return. Once a return is approved and the shipment is received and processed, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund. Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction less the cost of shipping to the customer.
